If you would like to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Personalized or custom items are unfortunately not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please visit our Contact Page and submit a request with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
